Kat Bellemore

Many authors knew they wanted to write stories from the time they were children. I am not one of those people. I wrote what my teachers asked of me, and no more. 

It wasn't until after college, where I received a bachelor's degree in psychology, that I tried my hand at writing for fun (wait, people actually enjoy doing this?). 
I was hooked. 

It isn't always easy finding time to write. I have two wonderful children (I'm not biased, they really are awesome) who I homeschool and a husband who gives me ideas for my next great romance novel. (To his disappointment, none of his ideas have made it into my books yet. You can thank me later.) 

I started out by writing small-town romance, and still do, but have now expanded to mysteries, and I'm loving it. My mysteries take place in the same towns as my romances, where the main characters are now side characters to my sleuth.
